On Friday 23rd January we had a wonderful turnout for our monthly Sound Bath!
80+ people gathered in stillness, reflection, and community.
We began with a guided sound meditation on the Twelve Divine Names (Ari Shemoth). 12 sacred sound-patterns formed from the holy Hebrew letters:
י ה ו ה (Yod–Heh–Vav–Heh)
Each Name reflects a different quality of the Creator / Universal Mind / Divine Presence — compassion, protection, wisdom, healing, and deep inner peace, helping us return to harmony within.
To close, we shared a deeply moving candle-lighting: everyone lit candles for themselves and for loved ones, offering prayers and intentions for peace in our lives, our community, and the world.
